My Turtle Pattern
This is the pattern for my turtle :)
Shell (Top) : (use dark brown yarn)
Ch 6
Row 1: 2sc around
Row 2: (sc, 2sc) around
Row 3: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 4: sc around
Row 5: (sc 3, 2sc) around
Row 6: (sc 4, 2sc) around
Row 7: (sc 5, 2sc) around
Row 8: (sc 6, 2sc) around
Finish off
Shell Pattern A: (use light brown yarn)
Ch 6
Steps 1-2 of 'shell top'
Finish off
Shell Pattern B: (use light brown yarn, make 6)
(not magic circle)
Row 1-2: 4 sc
Row 3: sc, 2sc, 2sc, sc
Finish off
Shell (Bottom): (use light brown yarn)
Ch 6

Feet: (use light green yarn, make 4)

Row 12: 2sctog, sc 3, 2sc, sc rest
Row 13: 2sctog, sc rest
Row 14: sc 5, 2sctog, sc rest
Row 15-18: sc around
Row 19: (2sctog, sc 2) around
-Start to stuff
Row 20: sc around
Row 21: (sc, 2sctog) around
Row 22: 2sctog around
Stuff and Finish off
Banana Peel: (use yellow yarn)
Ch 5
Row 1: (sc, 2sc) around
Row 2: sc around
Row 3: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 4-8: sc around
Row 9: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 10-17: sc around
for peel, sc for about 6-8 stitches, turn around and do again, slowly decrease amount of stitches used per row.
do that for 3-4 peels
The peels should look like this, each 'x' represents one stitch.
