My Turtle Pattern

This is the pattern for my turtle :)

Shell (Top) : (use dark brown yarn)

Ch 6
Row 1: 2sc around
Row 2: (sc, 2sc) around
Row 3: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 4: sc around
Row 5: (sc 3, 2sc) around
Row 6: (sc 4, 2sc) around
Row 7: (sc 5, 2sc) around
Row 8: (sc 6, 2sc) around

Finish off

Shell Pattern A: (use light brown yarn)
Ch 6
Steps 1-2 of 'shell top'

Finish off

Shell Pattern B: (use light brown yarn, make 6)

(not magic circle)
Row 1-2: 4 sc
Row 3: sc, 2sc, 2sc, sc

Finish off

Shell (Bottom): (use light brown yarn)

Ch 6
Steps 1-6 of 'shell top'

Finish off

Feet: (use light green yarn, make 4)

Ch 6
Row 1: sc around
Row 2: 2sc around
Row 3: sc around
Row 4: 2sctog around

Finish off

Tail: (use light green yarn)

Ch 4
Row 1-2: sc around

Finish off

Head: (use light green yarn)

Ch 6

-Put in 9 mm eyes in Row 3
Row 5: sc 8, 2sctog rest
Row 6: sc 6, 2sctog rest

Finish off

Sew together as shown in pic, Shell Pattern A is in the center of Shell Top, Shell pattern B surrounds it, Shell Top gets sewn on to Shell Bottom, sew on the 4 legs, sew tail in between 2 of the legs, sew head between the 2 opposing legs. Stuff as you go.

My Banana Pattern

This is the pattern for the banana :)

Banana Inside: (use white yarn)

Ch 5
Row 1: (sc, 2sc) around
Row 2-7: sc around
Row 8-9: 2sctog, sc 2, 2sc, sc rest
Row 10: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 11: sc around
Row 12: 2sctog, sc 3, 2sc, sc rest
Row 13: 2sctog, sc rest
Row 14: sc 5, 2sctog, sc rest
Row 15-18: sc around
Row 19: (2sctog, sc 2) around
-Start to stuff
Row 20: sc around
Row 21: (sc, 2sctog) around
Row 22: 2sctog around

Stuff and Finish off

Banana Peel: (use yellow yarn)

Ch 5
Row 1: (sc, 2sc) around
Row 2: sc around
Row 3: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 4-8: sc around
Row 9: (sc 2, 2sc) around
Row 10-17: sc around
for peel, sc for about 6-8 stitches, turn around and do again, slowly decrease amount of stitches used per row.
do that for 3-4 peels

The peels should look like this, each 'x' represents one stitch.

After you are done with the parts, stuff the bottom of the peel a little bit then place the inside of the banana in it, sew together.

This is the pattern for the bird in the other post, with the banana, this is my own pattern :)

Body and Head: (use white yarn)

Ch 4
Row 1: sc around
Row 2: 3(2sc), sc rest
Row 3: sc around
Row 4: 4(2sc), sc rest
Row 5: sc around
Row 6: 5(2sc), sc rest
Rows 7-9: sc around
Row 10: 5(2sctog), sc rest
Rows 11-12: sc around
Row 13: 4(2sctog), sc rest
-Start stuffing the body
Row 14: 3(2sctog), sc rest
Row 15: (sc 1, 2sc) around
Row 16: (sc 4, 2sc) around
Rows 17-18: sc around
Row 19: (sc 2, 2sctog) around
-Place eyes, 6 mm, between rows 18 and 19
Row 20: 2sctog around

Stuff and Finish off

Beak: (use yellow yarn)

Ch 4
Row 1: sc around

Finish off, leave long tail for sewing

Wing: (use white yarn, make 2)

Ch 6
Row 1: 2sc around
Rows 2-7: sc around
Row 8: 3(2sctog), sc rest
Row 9: sc around
Row 10: 2(2sctog), sc rest
Row 11: sc around
Row 12: 2sctog, sc rest
Row 13: 2sctog around

Finish off and flatten, do not stuff

Sew all the pieces together.
